About Us
Special Forces Automotive was founded in 2008 by the current owner, Mitch Wyborny.
After his previous employment at Ford, Mitch decided it was time to start his own business.
Since then, we have grown from our humble beginnings in downtown Daytona, to our new larger shop in South Daytona.
With 15 years of Ford dealership experience, Mitch was the first ever national champion of Fords prestigious
"Ultimate Master Technician Challenge" in 2001. Mitch is a Ford Senior Master Certified technician.
He is also a ASE master technician and has obtained the advanced level L1 certification, FAA licensed
Airframe and Power plant technician, and certified in diesel repair through Ford.
The new shop in South Daytona has 8 Bays and 7 lifts, including diesel lifts and an alignment lift. Our other technicians
have various ASE certifications, with dealership experience from Ford, Mazda, Toyota and other service locations.
